Examination Rules – St. Xavier's School
The examination system at St. Xavier's School is designed to evaluate the academic performance, discipline, and overall progress of students in a fair and transparent manner. Students are expected to follow all examination rules sincerely and maintain proper discipline during examinations.
General Examination Rules
- Students must arrive at the examination hall at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Carrying admit cards, identity cards, or any required examination documents is mandatory.
- Students should bring their own stationery items such as pens, pencils, erasers, geometry boxes, and calculators (if permitted).
- Any form of unfair means, cheating, copying, or possession of unauthorized material inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited.
- Students must maintain silence and discipline throughout the examination.
- Mobile phones, smart watches, electronic gadgets, or any communication devices are not allowed during examinations.
- No student will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the completion of the minimum allotted time without permission.
- Answers should be written clearly and neatly. Students must follow all instructions mentioned on the question paper and answer sheet.
- In case of absence during an examination, parents must inform the school with a valid reason. Re-examinations will be conducted only under special circumstances approved by the school authority.
- Any damage to answer sheets or examination property will be treated as misconduct.
- Results declared by the school authority will be considered final.
- Students are advised to prepare sincerely, maintain honesty, and follow all examination guidelines carefully.
